I have not tried this myself but on the site there are examples of the sorts of things you can receive under the SomethingTRACKER, the list today includes a 6 in 1 game set, a chair pedal bike and a Fossil wallet. Though there are many possibilities for what you might receive, there are limits, so do not expect any "miracle cures", "illegal goods", or "body parts" to show up on your doorstep. The home page has a SomethingCOUNTER that is nearly at 50k items ordered since October '07 and the site includes links to reviews/articles from highly notable publishers. There is even an average customer rating of 4.5 of 5.. so heck, why not? You could very well likely turn your $10 into an investment or turn over your purchase for profit.
